A bully made my 13 year old son wet his pants in front of his classmates?

My son is an 8th grader and an honor roll student. Last week, a bully grabbed my son by the shoulders and slammed him up against a locker and held him up there while calling him names. My son was so frightened that he lost control of his bladder, which was, unfortunately, full. It was between classes so all of the kids saw the accident. The bully was only given a two day suspension, which I don’t think is enough. My son was so traumatized that he has wet his bed every night since the incident. Before this, it never happened since he was a baby. Yesterday I called the boys’ mother. We spoke right after the incident and she apologized profusely and made him apologize too. I called her yesterday to make sure that she is following through on punishment and making sure that her son gets counseling so that he will stop bullying. She said the counseling is going well. I told her about how my son is still upset and has been wetting every night; yesterday he started to wear “GoodNights.” What happened next though is shocking. Today at school, the kids–including the bully who slammed him against the locker last week–were taunting him for not only pants wetting last week, but bed wetting. They found out. And I think I know how. She must have broken my confidence and told her son. I’m so angry. What can I do about this? It makes me think that she’s not serious about reforming her bully son.
